12/08/2010 Milenia starts Sales Project via SAP CRM with Pelissari Gestão & Tecnologia![]() The CRM implementation project at Milenia is part of the program of the six great projects developed by Pelissari at the company called Eagle in which all of them use SAP tools as solutions. The CRM project consists of the deployment of the modules Client Management, Activities, Opportunities and Order Receiving.
In order to eliminate critical points such as decentralized sales data base, lack of information synchronism and overwork, the solution has been developed aiming at offering trustworthiness and promptness in the information flow, prioritizing the client portfolio. Besides that, the tool will also provide Milenia with a more detailed managerial analysis.
Every order incoming performed by sales people will be carried out online by CRM by using the ERP sale order. This solution allows the immediate information generation in the ERP and also speeds up the approval processes in Milenia Back Office.
Similarly to the orders, every new client register will be performed in CRM and automatically synchronized with the ERP. Other functionalities delivered by the project will be the control of sales people's activities by their managers and also the sales opportunities record.
